Who does not want to get to their destination fast? It’s hard to deny that Cebu’s economic growth has greatly affected the traffic situation, especially in the metro. As the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) past president has described it, “The traffic is killing us softly”.
Well, before we ‘die’ in traffic, finding some alternative routes will surely be handy especially when you drive on the streets at peak hours.
When you’re headed to Serenis North at around 9 AM, let’s say, from Cebu IT Park, it normally takes more than an hour to get there when you follow the suggested routes by Google Maps. Traffic flow starts to slow when approaching Pacific Mall via highway, either thru Mabolo or Banilad (A.S. Fortuna).
But, did you know that you can cut your travel time to approximately 50 minutes?
This route we are going to share has been tried and tested for several times already. By the way, do you know exactly where Serenis North is? Look below for the vicinity map.
How do we get to Serenis North quickly?
1. From Cebu IT Park, head straight to Talamban, then towards Tintay Jeepney Terminal.
2. Instead of passing thru H. Abellana St., head towards Tawason, then to Brgy. Sacsac Road towards Casili Barangay Hall.
3. Proceed to Fooda Consolacion to enter the highway (Cebu North Road).
Since you’re now on the highway, expect to slow down.
4. Right after SM City Consolacion, look for the first street to your left (landmark: Julie’s Bakeshop).
Just follow that street and in a few minutes, you’ll be at the front gate of a beautiful and serene neighborhood, Serenis North.
Not convinced? Go for a drive and try.
If you’re convinced, go and tell your friends. You’re going to save them a lot of time. If you’ve discovered a faster route, share it with us in the comment section below. We’d love to hear it.
